Wet morning nose and marmalade paw,
On the doormat -wow! Muse 2nd Law –
bass man cries “Save Me”, volume past ten.
On my laptop – new lives and with pen,
bike, midnight blue, one marvellous ride;
striding in the darkness, you at my side.
